Our Terms of Service

By accessing NexusRDP.cc or using our RDP / VPS services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the service

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity in your country) to use NexusRDP.cc.
• You are responsible for anything that happens on your virtual machines and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• We do not provide legal advice and we do not encourage any illegal activity.

2. Strictly prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund:

• Illegal content (e.g., child pornography, terrorism).
• DDoS, mass port scanning, network attacks.
• Phishing, data theft, malware, botnets.
• Mass email spam (legitimate mailing with consent is tolerated).
• Abusive crypto mining on offers not intended for this purpose, or any usage that saturates resources.
• Any activity leading to IP blacklisting, copyright holder complaints, or datacenter blocking.

3. Suspension and Termination

• In case of abuse, serious complaint, or strong suspicion, we may suspend or cut access to your server without notice.
• If the situation is clarified and compliant, we may reactivate the service at our discretion.
• After deletion or expiration of a service, data is lost and cannot be recovered.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for the security of your account (password, email access, etc.).
• Use strong passwords and keep your credentials private.
• Immediately change your password if you suspect a compromise.

5. Payments, Refunds and Disputes

• Payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
• A refund may be considered only if we are unable to deliver the purchased service within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 72 hours).
• Disputes opened in bad faith with payment processors may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

• NexusRDP.cc is not responsible for data loss, financial losses, or indirect damages related to the use of the service.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the last 3 months.

7. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these terms at any time.
• By continuing to use the service after an update, you accept the new terms.
