To create and manage your NexusRDP.cc account.
To deliver and maintain your RDP / VPS services.
To detect abuse, secure our infrastructure, and prevent fraud.
To send important service messages (expiry reminders, security notices, invoices).

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
We do not inject marketing trackers into your RDP / VPS instances.

Sharing of data

We may share limited information only when necessary :

To comply with applicable law, a valid court order or lawful request.
To protect the rights, property or safety of NexusRDP.cc, our users or the public.
With infrastructure / payment providers strictly to deliver the service.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data (access controls, restricted access to panels, separation between customer instances, etc.). No system can ever be 100% secure, but we continuously work to improve our protections.

Data retention

We keep your account and billing data as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Server data (RDP / VPS) is deleted once a service is terminated or wiped from the panel.

Children

NexusRDP.cc is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new policy.
